That looks like heaven!

That's just 1/2 of the room!! There's another stack just like it on the other side, and both side walls are lined with boutique combos.

roccaforte would be a great option if not for the fact that I'm from the UK and wont be able to get one over here :(

Yeah, I'm certainly not saying it's a feasible option! PDT_008

Seriously, look into the Rivera. I think you will be pleasantly suprised.

The rivera seems to be quite the metally amp tho?

That's the way it's being marketed right now, unfortunately.
I would suggest finding an older KH100: 2 channels, no reverb. It's a stunner!

ummm, Charlie uses a Mesa Boogie Triple Rec... where did the Peavey suggestion come from?

I am a bit nervous about these 'modern metal' amps since I really do want the nice cleans like in the orange rockerverb clip - as well as the vintage rock sound of GnR

Nope, maybe now, but certainly for Grand Unification he used a 5150 and a Diezel VH4, I have an interview with him from Guitar Buyer in which he talks about his gear.

I have a Rivera Knucklehead
VASTLY underrated amps imo (i.e. NOT the 'flavor of the month' with the who's who of gear whores) but omg it's a KILLER amp.
Fender cleans to slipknot downtuned madness!
And built like a sherman tank!!!!!!!!

btw, as you can see I had a single rectum and an ENGL and it SLAYS both in EVERY respect!

Knuckleheads are brutally good amps.

I've been suprised by every Rivera I've played/heard.
My last FM.
ESP Horizon NTII.
ESP Viper Camo.
ENGL Screamer.

i need to try one of those rivera heads, I've only tried the pubster/chubster (whichever one it was), it was nice, but more of a combo-type feel (obviously enough).

I don't buy into that flavour of the month lark either...

there doesn't ppear to be one on that site ... how much are we talking here anyway 150GBP?!!! I said earlier my budget is more around 800 i'm afraid but from the vids I've seen I do LOVE this amp, do think reivera are advertising it wrong though, it seems can do anything and isn't just a metal monster.
