Questions for fellow tonelab users
« on: September 07, 2007, 11:27:40 AM »
Basically I have a second hand tonelab and its really quite a noisey unit, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Sometimes when I turn it on its really noisey and makes it horrible to play, I have changed the valve around in it but no joy. Perhaps there is some kind of problem with the internal wiring, it does sound like an earthing problem from the tell tale hum though.
I think I'll give vox a call and see what they have to say.

peace

Before i sent mine back it was very noisy - but then i figured it was just something to do with mine being messed up in many ways. Those things have terrible build quality. Super unreliable in my experience; making it extremely annoying that they sound SO good.
