I recorded some lead guitars for a friend using my Strat clone loaded with a great set of apaches. effects were a touch of keeley compresion and a crybaby wah-wah with the roger mayer red lion circuit. The amp is my jtm45 clone with 2 alnicoo cones.....

oh, man! f***in' love that!!! great sound! i was thinking about getting a set of irish tours, as i'm a big rory fan, but now i reckon it's gotta be the apache's...

maybe it's the way you play 'em-i dunno, but i haven't heard anything as good on here! i don't come on very often, tho'-only when i'm ready to buy new pickups!

but yeah, great stuff!
