Me last night at a gig - strat recently upgraded with Apaches.



and those Apaches sound awesome - getting some recording stuff soon so should be able to get some clips on in the near future.

That's very observant of you Indy! You may have the eyes for photography!

The black finger, well that was a story. Back in July 2005 I was helping a band pack up after a gig. There was a girl struggling to get her Hammond organ back in its flight case, so I held the lid open, took the organ in hand (stop it) and the lid slammed down on my middle finger, an aluminium one too and I nearly ended up like Tony Iommi. That was the day that I got my Koch Powertone II, the very same day. Gutted or what! I could only twang with my new Koch, not play with it properly until my finger stopped hurting. Which was two weeks later. The nail finally fell off in September.

That was the start of Koch jokes, I never get bored with them. I expect you lot are by now!  :roll:  :lol:

I was speaking to a bloke the other day who says he knows Dolf Koch, and he (the bloke, not Dolf) pronounces it "Kotch".  

Not that that's any reason to stop the jokes!  :lol:
