$%&#ing Hails Guys

i was called to do a gig with some friends and i´ll use my Amp
but, i never used any effects with it.. i know it´s not a big issue to make the effects loop work, BUT,i really don´t know how to plug my pedals there and make it work.
i´m sure i´ll need more than 1 cable (what i usually use )
i´[ll use this :

5150 - Wah - DigitalDelay dd3.(and maybe 1 or two more pedals. reverb and phaser)
how can i plug in the cables behind the amp? it has Send/return outputs. but i dont know how it works.

It's easy when you know how.

Take a cable from the SEND and plug it into the input of your pedals and chain your pedals together. Then put a cable from the output of your last pedal into the RETURN of your FX loop.

The Wah should go in the normal input of your amp. So to keep things simple you're rig goes like this.

GUITAR -> WAH -> AMP

(back of amp) SEND -> DELAY -> REVERB -> PHASER -> RETURN.

where the -> are your cables.

just one doubt..
i just have one jack input, ahahah how can i i´ll have a hole in the guitar to put the otehr cable that comes from the effects loop?
like this :

AMP - Wah - Guitar .
.
The pedals that comes from the effects loop willnot be connected directly with teh guitar right?

Yeah man the effects loop is separate.

Imagine that the WHOLE signal goes like this bad boy:

GUITAR -> WAH -> [PRE AMP] -> DELAY -> REVERB -> PHASER -> [POWER AMP] -> CAB -> SICK SOUNDS THAT MAKE PEOPLE NOD THEIR HEADS.

Where the [bits] are inside the amp itself.

Hails JP, I'd just add that f/x loops are usually also best used with "clean" f/x as badger has said. best not use any overdrives or distortions ( though you can experiment for yourself if you so wish). Best of luck with the gig.

Ah.. i just did my first testing today
AWESOME sound.
but one complain : the GCB-95 dunlopcrybaby is a tone SUCKER
it made my amp sound like a solid state

Yup, Wahs (and fuzzes) can be real fussy about what pedals they're with and also what order they are in. If you are running the guitar straight into the wah, then into amp input , then it looks like the crybaby may not be the Wah for you. If you are using it with other pedals in front of the amp, then do some experimenting with pedal order. Ideally nothing should come before the wah, but try all sorts of combinations.
