Stevie nicks fleetwood mac and her solo stuff, very unique original voice probably the best

Tarja in Nightwish was awesome also

An older more rare one would be Grace Slick, she had some pretty original stuff going on

Chicks don't tend to like rock so much really its a very male dominated music area sadly!

Paramore - Hayley Williams, who is probably the only singer i've ever heard sing live as good as she sounds on the albums. Such a great range.
