Alright....

I am building myself another guitar soon, and of course, I want the best of the best. I plan on going for the dirtiest high gain humbucker at the bridge with no cleans in mind (Ceramic Warpig?) and an absolutely incredible clean sounding neck (92?). Anyways... Awhile back, I dont know where I saw it, but it was of a chrome warpig with the allen bolts. Does ANYONE have a picture of that? I would love to see it....

The only experience in BK P90's I've had is the MQ. It was the greatest clean sound I've ever heard... Being it a humbucker P90, am I right when assuming that the other P90's sound similar?

Thanks!

I've seen at least two chrome Warpigs on this forum. They were in an SG and an Explorer. I'm not shure if they had the allen bolts, though. The explorer has the Warpig in combo with a MQ.

There shouldn't be any noticable difference in sound between a MQ and a BKP90.

I have a raw nickel warpig with regular pole screws.  I have it in an Explorer with an MQ neck.
So many pickups, so little time

What woods and hardware are you planning?

I think i am going with a warpig on one of mine soon - that will be a korina body with maple, wenge and walnut neck.  Explorer pro shape with kahler trem - just need to finish the damn thing off!!!

That SG-1 is cool. You know what's going to happen when someone comes on the stage with one of those.

Tim warned me off the allen bolts on chrome pickups because the allen bolts only come in black (I wanted chrome ones!).

If you want that, then cool!
