As is with black scratchplate would look best, IMO. But asking for my opinion about a strat is like asking Britney Spears about nuclear physics.

I like black pickguard/pickups on natural tho, my old strat had black pickguard with cream singles and a black humbucker/knobs and I thought it looked really good.

(sorry for the cr@p photoshopping btw :P)
