Good luck!

Must admit I've never quite seen the appeal of tattoos.  They can certainly look very cool (sometimes) but I've never thought of anything that means so much to me I want it permanently scribed on my body.

I have sort-of considered some kind of Chinese dragon design, because I was born in a Year of the Dragon and the dragon's also the symbol of Wales, of course, but it'll never happen.

Well good luck to you... and take a picture once it's completed  :)

And if you have a bottle of vicodin around, just pop one every half hour and you probably won't feel too bad about the pain. Heck, you might even feel good   8)

i think its going to be quite dark shading under the bottom 3rd of hair thats going to swirl around the lillies - we are aslo adding a couple of lillies further up

the hair right at the bottom will be allmost completely unshaded to match the lillies

Had a gig today, and met the singers boyfriend, he got the Avenged Sevenfold skull on his arm heh. Now thats a bit silly, but yours is rather nice

and it won't get old such as A7X shall (is that right?)

I had a tattoo done on my back as soon as I turned 18 (8 years ago) and I designed it myself.

And then 2 years ago i was showing someone my ink and one of the guys was like "that looks like the Avenged Sevenfold skull". I promptly put my top back on, shot him a look of pure poison and grabbed the nearest Tattoo magazine...I skipped to the back where all the tattoo removal ads are.

Someone's nicked my picture and turned it into a symbol of ridicule!!!

[Edit] Sorry Wez, nice ink dude! That was my point of posting until I saw the A7X thing, lol.

Sounds really nice, im kind of wondering about the white lilies though, did you choose them purely for ornamental value?

Ohwell im probably reflecting on this too much, ive gotten a Tatoo after suffering a personal loss when i was 19 or so. Its a celtic ankh i drawed myself, back then i thought it was quite cool, that was in the pre-gothic days though

mostly ornamental i am afraid, certainly no religious significance intended.   having something really pointy would have looked silly on my skinny arms - like i was trying too hard.... so i decided to go arty rather than manly.

Allthough i do tell the kids at school that its one lilly for every student i have murdered.. i think they know i am joking!!

I fail to see why arty isnt manly but probably thats just me......

Like i said i drew my own tattoo so you bet it was arty

Maybe when you draw something yourself or even make something there is something of you at that time in there anyway, im not into semi-religious mythical kind of stuff anyway. Well i was a bit confused at when i was 19, but ive matured a bit since   (I did say A BIT!)
