I think you should try before you buy. I have the RMC3 and am quite happy, however, sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't have gotten something simpler, as I quite often change settings, and it's a bit annoying.
If you're not sure what you want, getting a Fulltone Clyde or Deluxe from US is a safe bet, as you can always resell without loss in Europe. RMC is less known, sth to keep in mind if you cannot try before buying.
