Hey guys, i was messing around today and decided to put a Dimarzio humbucker to my RR1, i matched everything up, everything works fine...

but now for some reason theres an earth buzz when i take my hand of the strings or bridge, i attepted to fix it, as its a common problem... but nothing seems to have worked, i've insulated everything possible, re-earthed everything...

what the $%&#?

Have you re-soldered everything? You might have a dry solder somewhere.

Make sure that there is only one path to earth.  In other words don't have multiple wires to more than one pot.  If you do then you can set up an earth loop that way.
