Yes Sam, Mrs 38th should be Miss 38th  but perhaps we should say Ms 38th. Come to think of it, i rather like Miss as it makes her sound young and the poor old thing is getting on a bit...... ooow stop that dear I was joking...ooow (Mr 38th retires to lick wounds).

Also trying to renovate my house which is quite small but currently averaging a year per room

Tell me about it, finally got mine almost finished and it's now having to be rewired (as I speak).  There are chases all over the walls, most of the floor boards are up and yesterday the sparky put his foot through my bedroom ceiling.

Sparky's out on Friday, weekend off, new bathroom Monday and Tuesday, plasterer on Wednesday, cleaning plaster dust Thursday and Friday, next weekend we have to paint the bedroom, spare bedroom (minor works), front room and bathroom before the carpets get put in on Monday...... Then do the kitchen after that so I can put the units back on.

Essentially re-decorate 75% of the house over the course of a single weekend....... I am having to call in favours

Still, at least the garden looks nice  (except for the shipping container on the drive and the remains of a bathroom in the front garden - throwing a bath out of a window, is much more fun that carrying it down stairs BTW)
Advice worth what you just paid for it.

Lets see:

Brief history: it all started with the big bang, then

No, seriously, I'm 25, have a physics degree (and therefore lots of A-levels and GCSEs and stuff) work as a technical and operations advisor for immobilisation of the nasty stuff that comes from nucyoular reactors (its well paid and not wholly uninteresting or pointless but by Thor am I bored with it. Well, the work is OK, but I hate with a passion the work culture here)

Writing music for a band and learning as much as I can about audio, acoustics, tracking, mixing, and what have you for the immediate purpose of recording a demo EP or album that sounds half decent and the dim and distant hope that I can put the skilz it to use in a financially beneficial fashion.

Currently looking into working on the side as a guitar tech. I know it already (doing my own guitars from day 1, getting on for 10 years I've failed and stumbled my way to being a pretty good tech for the simple everyday stuff (up to fret dress)) and people keep asking me to do it, so I may as well make a business of it.

I'll be quick. A very brief history of the last 4 years for me; 16 recovered from M.E/CFS after 4 years. Completed 3 gcses in sixth months, due to illness. Attempted sixth form, dropped out due to personal reasons, and here i am now, only my music to keep me sane, as usual

After 14years was knackered with high BP and stress (given choice by doc, do less hours, yeah right, quit or die) so here I am :) I quit
Work with Police as Diver
Studying to be Physical Therapist at grand age of 38! Medical is almost a NEVER out of work job here so makes sense (new missus is Exec. in medical profession too), also, get to wear PJ's to work then (scrubs) :)

Father passed away not long ago and no siblings so travel back to see/help mum in UK often!

Basically pretty hectic!!!!!!!!!!!!
