Can't comment on Danish version - but I did really like the US version.  Quite dark.

I'd imagine the Danes did it darker though!

well the danish version was a lot more subtle, put it like that.

Our Day Will Come (Notre Jour Viendra) - French road movie (of sorts) about two disillusioned misfits who go on an increasingly deranged and violent rampage.  Starts out darkly funny then increasingly becomes just dark.  It's intense and very well acted, but I can't say I got anything out of it.

Breaking Bad season 4 finale was amazing. Best show on TV imo, tops The Wire for me. As well as having a great storyline, the cinematography is incredible - especially in the desert scenes, everything looks so nice. Won't spoil anything but will just say Walter White is a badass :D

The Green Hornet - There's the odd amusing moment but IMO it's a turkey... avoid.

Wall Street Money Never Sleeps - Poor effort, clumsy and amateur... avoid.

Zombieland - Excellent film, good action sequences and genuinely funny... worth a watch.

Senna - Documentary film making of the highest order, you don't need to be a F1 fan to follow the events... must see.

yeah i thought zombieland was pretty good (it's the one with jesse eisenberg and emma stone, right?). I was suprised, i don't normally like horror, but then again it was more sorta comedy horror...

Yeah that's the one, I thought it was pretty good. Speaking of zombies, The Walking Dead starts up again on Sunday! Hoping S2 is better than the first which I thought started off good and got more boring each episode.

yeah. i wasn't even meaning to watch it, just it was on one night on sky movies and there wasn't anything else on so i thought i'd give it a shot. Glad I did. :)

I like Zombieland, but I think the bit in the middle with Bill Murray was a mistake.  It's a good bit, and Murray is funny, but it makes the film grind to a complete halt.

Actually, I thought that bit worked extremely well, simply because that little vignette of someone getting by as always in an extreme situation was a nice juxtaposition set against the usual post-apoc gloom and doom.
