Now, I had just downed a beer and a long island ice tea when I watched it, but I haven't laughed that hard at the cinema in quite some time.

Watched Bad Santa last night. Not bad actually, better than I was expecting. Not quite sure if the spirit of Christmas was captured although I don't think they were setting out to do that!
I think I hate being indecisive.

Just learned the word "dystopia" today and realised I've watched two dystopian films this week - Children Of Men and, er.... Tokyo Gore Police.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds

Children of men is fantastic, and very dystopian. It's a genre (and word) i like a lot.

Just watched Donnie Brasco. Don't usually like gangster type movies but this was pretty good :)

It is good Tom. The book is very, very boring though.

I'm more of a film person anyway - if there's a film then usually I wont bother with the book :P

Also watched True Romance last week, another really good film and recommended, though I'm sure most of you have seen it already.

I've downloaded Paranormal Activity to watch soon, don't fancy paying for something that looks like the blair witch project!

Don't think it will be as good then, there was a great cinema atmosphere

I don't like going to the cinema to watch horror films, don't want to look like a gigantic wuss in public!

edit - well I just watched it in an empty house by myself with the lights off.. it was ok. Quite boring and found myself only wanting to see the night time scenes (which I guess is sort of the point though). I can imagine it being tense in a cinema suitation though, and it was a bit here, but not amazing. Good ending though :D

The ouija board scene was awful I thought.

Will be watching Joyeux Noel tonight. Having read a book or two about the truce I'm really looking forward to it!

Just watched Gamer today. It was actually more decent than I thought it would be. The idea was quite good (albeit not the deepest) and I really liked "the Society"  - quite scaring scenario.
