Very true, one of the first times i've seen him in anything where i haven't wanted to strangle him. He's just very likeable in that role.

I think Brands "ponderland" on sundays is quite funny actually. He can get annoying but those always raise a chuckle :P

I watched Man on Wire at the weekend, very cool documentary. I didnt understand it all though as some of the dialogues in French and the file I have doesnt come with subtitles. It's absolutely amazing when you see what he can do.

And the closer we get, the more silly plot deviations we hear of    :(

The BIG change, I can at least see a reasoning, but there's at least one plot deviation earlier that serves no purpose whatsoever, and will surely deminish how we see a particular major player's character. It just seems very, very silly. Booo.

I'm still looking forward to it, but I'm not letting myself get excited.

Incidentally, the first UK reviews...

One is pretty brutal, but Empire and Total Film give it the thumbs up.

I watched that Russian film 9th Company the other day. It's about  Russia's military campaign in Afghanistan. It was brutal but very good.

Well, im having an all nighter this night, so far i have seen "Dante 01", was a french sci-fi movie, twas OK, acting and all was good, but a bit of a boring plot.
Then "Yes-man", great comedy, recommended.
Now on to the next one 8)
