I am curious to see it actually. I don't like these kind of films though, would you recommend it for a sci-fi doubter?

Also, the SA can vary a bit anyway can't it? I have the pleasure of working with one, sometimes things get confusing, but generally used to it.

There's no need to be big on sci-fi to enjoy the movie, it's an apartheid movie with aliens  8)

I just watched Zack and Miri Make a Porno, what a superb film. Kevin Smith (and his gang) always deliver on absolutely every level. incidentally I've found a shop that will make a 100% accurate clone of Kevin Smiths trench coat  :D :D

I do need a DVD mania trip to the shops and then a movie spree but I really want to see this District 9 in the movies.

Plus read that Dorian Grey book, not watch it though.

I love Zack and Miri one of my favourite films. Plus I thought Jason Mewes was fantastic in it.

Watched Terminator: Salvation today again and really liked it. Bale aint so bad but the setting and direction was pretty good. Yeah I stood up for McG, wanna fight about it?

Watched Julie and Julia last night, bit of a Chick-flick but actually quite good. It's quite funny to see Meryl Streep doing a really OTT character. A good one to get brownie points from the mrs by taking her to see it.

i imagine so. I mean, some of them speak afrikaans (basically a dialect of dutch), while some are of english descent. Just from watching the cricket, there seems to be quite a bit of variation.

It fits perfectly with my 'bad films that are awesome' ethos. You'll hate it!

I wouldn't say that Wolverine was bad. I mean, it's a superhero movie, so it was never going to be a work of art, but it's far from a bad film. It does what it says on the tin.

My brother absolutely hated Wolverine, although we usually like superhero movies.  But I'll wait and see, we don't always agree.

Meanwhile, I watched Underworld: Rise Of the Lycans last night.  Disappointing.
