Films! good, bad, recomendations, and general film talk

Saw it too, a bit of hormonal smell and ridiculous plot but a fun moment seeing all those together. Special mention to the 'church scene' but schhhh ;).

Went to see inception aswell two weeks ago. Lot of people left with their mind blowed, looks like it had not the clarity of a bkp pickup.  :lol: Also a lot left in the middle of the movie with faces telling they were on the way of the closest pharmacy to get headache pills...Me and my girlfriend enjoyed it, nice actors, happy to see the young one that played Juno (movie on a young pregnant girl) and overall a good movie that makes the brain work a bit.

I decided to buck the Expendables trend and went to see Piranha 3D. It was surprisingly good!

And also 'Kelly Brooke, naked, in 3D', is there anything wrong with that sentence?

I really should get out to see some of these things like Inception, The Expendables and even Piranha 3-D, but I haven't been in a cinema mood, I've just been watching DVDs and Blu-rays.  I will, however, be at Frightfest from Thursday to Monday.  :)

I think she's a fine looking girl, but she has has zero talent of any kind so - to be fair - she's made a career out of the only thing she's got going for her.

She seems to be getting a bit desperate recently though. Did you see that story where she went to a party at the Playboy mansion (hosted by that horrible 85-year-old creep Hugh Hefner) and she was just strolling around the place in a white negligee having her photo taken.... I just thought my god woman, have you no self-respect?

Yeah, but Jordan, Kerry, Sadie, Jodie, Jade (RIP) etc are "professional celebrities" - they don't actually do anything as such, they live off their media profiles and that generates a never-ending loop of income from photo opportunities, advertising, reality TV shows, diet/workout DVDs and books with their names on the cover (and contents they've never even seen, let alone written).

Kelly Brook, for most of her "career", has at least tried to be an actress and/or TV presenter, and (at least in terms of public perception) she's seen as relatively wholesome, not just a media whore living off free food and booze at movie premieres along with former Big Brother contestants.  It's taken her this long to stoop to Playboy shoots and partying with "Hef".  I'll give it six months before she starts having freaky plastic surgery.....

To tie it all together & sum up my opinion of Kelly...

I loved the way Kelly Brook dumped Jason Statham for Billy Zane (Titanic) when she thought she could snare a "BIG" hollywood star....
