Anyone got a custom guitar in the works?

Thought this'd be a cool place for all to share their works in progress/dream guitars.

As I said in another thread, I'm currently waiting for my Conklin 8, how about you guys?

well here are mine








and a rebuild on this to humbucker it and fix string popping out the saddle issues

yeah, jonathan and Bob maybe!!  Tbh most of these are further along now (some people will be glad to hear)

the one ilyti likes is actually a slow burner i am doing with my cousin to show him how its done.  Its fully chamered in the proper way and is just waiting for the top to be carved.  The top is spalted maple i really didnt want to use, nath took that as a challenge!!

th Lp junior is old stock mahogany and will be recieving a  62 junior wiring loom and BKP-91 dog ear.  the scratchplate in the photo is a DC one but a SC has been ordered.

new one will be in see through black cherry finish and will have a sausage pattern quilt top instead of the bubbly variety like on this one.

I'm also hoping to get a caparison horus but I doubt I will have the cash for it this year or the next. I really wanted the Iris Violet one but sadly my mate Shane at bmusic only has one left in his shop and it's most likely the end of the run as it was for a limited time only  :(

no rush on that, Phil has enough to share!!  I like to keep my output quite varied to keep it fun and i already have another SG on the to do list.  My plan for next year is more crazy stuff like finally getting around to doing an 8 string maybe doing a double neck and hopefully moving into proper semi hollow territory as well.  i will need a couple of relatively standard guitar builds to keep me sane!!
