Oh! Completely forgot the S  that's something that makes difference (specially after dozen paints... you can grab Mr X instead of Mrs X )

Hey Philly, you're not looking bad for, what was it, 63?

64.  No, hang on, that's when I was born.  :?

I put it down to clean living, staying out of the sun and the influence of Leo Fender.

Brilliant Philly !   :)

I hope you are able to keep a modest level of training going for your longer term health,  but meanwhile that is a great achievement . Congratulations !  :D

Thanks chaps!  :D

Yeah, I'm going to carry on, off to the gym tonight in fact.  No plans for marathons or anything mad like that though!

Now I have the time I want to do a bit more all-round exercise - after the 10k training I'm an old man from the waist up and a young man from the waist down*, so I want to try to redress the balance.

(* that's just the legs, as for anything else chance would be a fine thing...! )

The secret of not looking short is standing next to small women in flat shoes.  And I was fatter a few months ago, it seems to have re-distributed itself a bit somehow (but I haven't really lost any weight  :? ).

The guitar thing is 100% true, unfortunately...  :(
