Too hard to pick between the two. Before getting a pro setup it was easily the Epiphone but now the Pearl is so easy to play. I do prefer its fatter/rounder neck but I think I prefer the tone of the Epiphone. Must just be going off p90s at the minute or something..

Over the five years I've owned it, it's the one I've always gone back to, despite it not quite sounding/behaving as it should/as I want it to – I just like how it feels more than any other guitar I've played, ever since I first got my hands on it in Sound Control (eurgh) on Oxford St. After several years of faffing and, most recently, some great work by Jonathan at Feline, it finally sounds and behaves in a way befitting how much I like the neck.

I played the Emerald when I was down at Feline a while back. Sooooo tasty. Now I think I might want a Lion instead of another V. Eek.

But its got a forearm shelf cut in it now (like the look of flat, but it turns out not the feel), after which I had it finished trans-black, I changed the 455 for a 456 (didnt know the 456 existed at time of speccing) and its got battlescarred painkillers in it, which I hadnt previously tried and are now my favourite pickups.

People really need to STOP posting Feline Lions. I would really like to own the Emerald Lion on the Feline website, but alas I  am broke along with everyone else in the world.

I am not usualy a fan of Les Paul style guitars. But the neck joint and the thinner body option ticks all my boxes, not forgetting the Bareknuckles as standard. Also my good mate Doug from Blackmachine rates the Feline work which is good enough for me.
If everyone on the forum sent me a fiver.....
.... well it was a thought  8)

Sorry, no fiver, but please buy it.  Then that little bit of GAS will stop nagging away in a dark corner of my brain.
