Apparently it's a term in common use at the moment by a cricket team in Essex. I understand it's used mostly when members of the team are sitting on the boundary waiting to bat and a toothsome young filly appears, usually as a jogger or as an attendee at a wedding reception next door...
I hear there's another phrase, "you wouldn't bruise your b*ll*cks" on that...", that can be more appropriate, depending on the level of padding offered...
