That is great tone. In one of the vids he says that the amp he's using is a Marshall Studio 15 (which uses 6V6s!) and the tone of the amp comes through whichever guitar he's using. All the guitars sound good.

Conclusion:   Player-> amp-> guitar    in that order!  :wink:

That guy with the Esquire don't know sh1t.  You don't need a fancy guitar shop with loads of vintage cr@p.  Anyone can grab a Tele and a small combo and bash out some widdle.........  :roll:  :lol:

All I can say is the tele talk in here (and that video at the start of the thread) has me lusting after a tele.  Maybe I'll just get a squier and some BKP's for it, something I have toyed with doing for ages!

Pickups are stock - Custom Shop Nocaster in the bridge and a Custom Shop Twisted Tele in the neck  :)
