I didn't see it, but I did read that the tone of the programme was generally piss-taking.  Apparently within the first couple of minutes David Gest said "I believe in leprechauns, too".  I doubt he was being serious.

ahh. basically every time bashir asks him a question like "have you had plastic surgery" he answers with "thats just ignorance" and southpark picked up on it.
