Tom's live tone is always thin and shite :( Great on the albums though, especially the 1st.

Everything about RATM live is woeful, never mind the guitar sounds.

They rejected me when I tried to register  :(

I don't know why, but on first reading this I thought you meant registering for the x-factor.  I can just picture it...

Cowell: So Mr Nfe, what are you going to sing for us?
Nfe: I'm going to sing a nice little ditty by Anaal Nathrakh called Between shite And Piss We Are Born.
Cowell: hmm, doesn't sound very contemporary pop, do you have another song?
Nfe: Swarming Vulgar Mass of Infected Virulency?
Cowell: who? what?
Nfe: err, how about some Cannibal Corpse?
Cowell: security!!!

For next years xmas single we should back Napalm Death, I love that band - they just keep putting out quality releases year after year.  Imagine Persona Non Grata at the top spot?

Anyone know what label John Lennon's "Imagine" is tied to? I'd be happy to endorse that as next year's number 1. Beautiful song with some food for thought.

"I" would be the ultimate christmas number one.

Personally I rather like Morrello's 'thin' tone (not being from the post Slash generation, I quite like thin tone in general), but I could never quite get into RATM entirely, even when I was into hardcore the first time came RATM were about.
BKPS: Milks, P90s, Apaches, Mississippi Queens, Mules, PG Blues, BG FP 50s, e.60s strat custom set

My mischievous and impertinent side makes me want to join that forum and see how quickly I can get banned

I'm considering it too. Just trying to think of a decent thread or response to a post.

Perhaps a thread along the lines of "lets not forget that RATM write their own songs and for that they should be saluted. Joe should take note and start penning his own tunes"

Although it's entirely factual and not malicious I imagine it would be removed within minutes and I would be banned from the forum.
I think I hate being indecisive.

menamestom,

Regrettably, your application to join Joe McElderry Unofficial Fan Site has been rejected.

Regards,
The Joe McElderry Unofficial Fan Site Team.

How could they spot from my username alone that I was planning to spread hate, negativity and homophobia?

They certainly are cannie!

that song and the video for that song, make me physically sick.

Inside Out was the best Rocha related band by far.

I have to agree.  Sugary bilge (a musical "style" which I usually associate more with McCartney than Lennon).

WHAT!?!?!??!?!

Admittedly I've never seen them live but from what live videos I've seen I would call it bad
