Yep, congratulations - hope it turns out alright. Even without it's original parts, and the break, I can't help wondering how it's so cheap (not that I know much about prices for these things) - but with the time for approval, I don't see how you can go wrong ...
Make sure you're absolutely ruthless when evaluating though, if it was me, I'd get sucked into "oh wow, I own a guitar made in 62!!" :lol:
