amazing production values on both music and video...

but...

boring music, and as for the video - well, i kind of like the idea of a cool sci-fi sort of thing, but its sort of lame isn't it? storyline was very predictable.

wonder if we'll see more of this story ever

I quite liked that!  Anyway, it was better than watching Miranda on the box...

I don't particularly expect musical innovation from Maiden...  It's the same old same old, but it's comfortable.

I like Miranda!

The video was meh.  It's like the director's seen about 3 films - in his whole life - nicked a few ideas and thinks no-one will realise how desperately unoriginal it all is.  The song was alright, but I think Maiden may be edging towards the point where they should call it a day.

I still can't see the point in music videos with sound effects which are loud than the music for the majority of the song. The song has a really poor hook that just doesn't stick or grab at all.
I agree Maiden=Dead!

As a die hard maiden fan, I'm looking forward to the album. Videos, unless they are live, have never been maidens strong point, but the video does put the first son 'El Dorado' in context.
