I have some news..
« on: September 18, 2010, 01:14:32 PM »
I just passed my driving test.

After driving in the rain, with half a million stupid drivers interupting me, a dull spirit draining examiner but a $%&#ing awesome instructor.

I am so happy. I am just... SO HAPPY.

I remember passing the driving test felt better than any other pass in my life.

See, maybe that's why I always feel so disappointed by life.  Never passed the driving test.

Well done Jonny!  :D

Congrats!

I really loved the sense of freedom that being able to drive gave me. Just be safe and sensible on the roads, now!

Good stuff,

Roo

The only problem, imo, is all the other tw@ts on the road ignoring stuff because they get too comfortable and stuff, etc.

Learning to drive was an absolute bitch. And not even when you're moving, it's when you're turning in a corner or doing a turn in the road or somewhere.

Damn those people.

Why do people always have stories about how badly they did and passed?  I did four tests and failed them all on one poxy mistake (a different one each time).  I didn't think I'd done anything wrong on the last one, and I was so pissed off I packed it in.  :x

Living in London, I don't really miss it but I ever move I'll need to learn again - I'll probably be in my fifties by then.  Not looking forward to that.  You've done right to learn while you're young.
