Three Weeks Shipping Time Normal to the US?

What's the experience of recent USA customers on shipping times?  It's been 3 weeks since BKP completed the order and gave it to Royal Mail and I haven't received them yet.  Tracking at Royal Mail says:  "We have received your item, posted on 23/11/10 and it is being processed for delivery abroad."

Almost sounds like it's still sitting there waiting to be packaged or something.

So is this a typical length of time, or should I be concerned?

not that typical - we had snow here so royal mail stop working.

So, not typical, but not to worry . . .  and pray for the snow to melt . . .

Maybe I'll go ahead and change my strings and reset the intonation.  They'll surely show up the next day if I do that.

I've always found that mail slows at Christmas/Winter time, I've got 3 BKP's coming in.

Im in the same boat my pickups were recevied by royal mail the same day as yours, I cant start recording until they come in so hopefully they get here soon....

I think it's the royal mail in Christmas being a bit slow. I was living in the UK for 2008 and 09 and I had some issues when in Christmas. Once, I had a sensor (for my course) lost by them but they finally found it and resent it to me after a few months. So don't worry the pickups will be there anyway.
