Nope, but the IT is filthiest of the three, but I guess the description was not referring to that. :)
Maybe it's good to explain what tone you're after and in which guitar they'll be installed.
I have both MM's and IT's in HSS-superstrats (Fender American Series and MXG custom swampashstrat, made by Patrick Eggle). MM's: real early sixties tones, woody, quacky, lots of chime. Neckpickup is too die for.
IT's: Rory, gritty, smokey, fatter than MM's, great sparkle though, especially when you roll the vol.knob a tad back.
Both handle gain very well.
