Anybody have experiences with Burny Les Pauls?

Im curious as to how these guitars stand up against brands such as Epiphone. I currently have an Epiphone Les Paul Custom in Alpine White, with tuners and bridge upgraded. This guitar has lasted through all the torture one could bestow on a guitar, and it has never broke. So atm, I'm looking for a new budget Les Paul, but in Ebony. The sensible idea would be to just get another Epiphone Les Paul, as I'm impressed with my present one, but there's one main thing that really puts me of the Epiphone Les Pauls (the White and Ebony): It's the cream binding, I absolutely despise it, I'm really after white binding, tbh. After looking around for Les Pauls, I narrowed it down to the Ibanez ARZ700 and the Burny Les Paul RLC55. I ended up passing on the Ibanez since it has chrome hardware, and their is no where I can buy gold to upgrade it with (I'm really set on gold. So I was left with the Burny Les Paul, and wanted to hear peoples opinions on it.

the burnys are good from what i hear.

But in that kinda price range i would be looking at Agiles

I've just had a look for Agiles guitars, and I can't find a website anywhere. I've seen a few for sale on certain sites, but nothing ebony with white binding. Got any sites?

Just realised that site is in $ too. How much would it cost to deliver to UK including custom fees, etc? That's if you've ever purchased a guitar from the US.

erm im unsure generally its just 20% of the final price + shipping

but even with that it works out cheaper than most guitars in the UK

this is one of the rare cases where its cheaper to buy in the UK

look up the ibanez RGD320

pretty much the same with a longer scale and a trem and can be picked up for around £380

Yh I've looked at the Ibanez range, but nothing really stood out at me. I just really don't like rosewood fingerboards with white , double-cut guitars.

Something which I'm confused about though is, the 1st guitar I posted is a 24fret, 25.5" scale, neck. But the second is the exact same guitar (not including the bridge), except 24fret, 27" scale guitar. Do you know if there is any reason for this? I've just never played anything above 25.5", and if the frets are any wider, I might struggle with my smallish hands, lol.

yeah the frets will be wider as the neck is longer.

Its to achieve tighter tones when downtuning

i personally play my 26.5" ibanez in standard for super tightness

Just been looking through forums and read that there isn't too much difference, to really notice. But i do like tight strings. I hate loose ones, they drive me crazy. So mabye it may work? Would 10-56 be OK on a 27" neck in Drop C?

yep. i use 12-54 heavy core strings on a rgd320 in B and its perfect. On my DropB tuned gibby V i use 12-60

the missus has a burny - i think its pretty decent, similar standard to my agile.
