BB guns and tire deflation may NOT be the smartest idea.
I am thinking as this kinda problem really gets my juices going :)
Parking ILLEGALLY however I do believe insurance will not cover any damage to vehicle, hmmmm. All suposition though, hmmm.

I meant, if any damage was done but the car was/is illegaly parked I would have thought (insurance agencies being what they are) it may not be covered.

Sadly not true- you can park your car as stupidly as you want- it will not invalidate insurance.

Pouring cooking oil on windscreens can piss off people- it is a bit of a bugger to get off though obviously you don't want to cause the driver to hit some poor innocent. I am getting vindictive lately.

ive used the method big steve suggested in the past. we asked this guy to move his car off our driveway, but he kept doing it, so each time he parks ther i let a tire or two down, or even park one of our cars in the way of his cos he actually parked on the drive, not just infront.so then he's stuck there. ha ha ha

Superglue in the locks is another good one    - although this may have the opposite effect of what you want as they won't be abe to get in the car to move it!

hahaha!!! ahhh i really do feel the need to damage something severely...

heres my list of destruction i need to inflcit to it: (if its a car anyway)

1.) let the tyres down
2.) pour cooking oil on the windscreen
3.) superglue the locks
4.) then pour brake fluid all over it!!!
