Ok - excuse the wordplay for any culinary types out there :D
Were talking Bullion as in Gold(top) made for stock, rather than Boullion (vegetable) stock for the cooking pot.
Got a couple of guitars that I haven't really shown off that are sat in stock , and really need a bit of attention
I'll show them off together as they share a similar colour scheme in part.
Okay first up is one of our Lion Special guitars - thinner bodied
Made from two pieces of ash with no chambering so the weight is still pretty solid.
Teamed with a maple neck the guitar sonically has more of that Fender like cut to it.
This allowed us to fit Bare Knuckle Aftermath pickups which have a lot of tight saturated midrange resulting in a guitar that seems balanced frequency wise but with a compressed midrange growl.
Unusually we decided on a charcoal burst for the back of the guitar which may seem an unusual choice to go with a goldtop from a traditional standpoint but seems to work very well.
Many people even think the back of the guitar is much prettier than the front - and who am I to argue?
Hardware is sperzel and Tonepros, CTS pots Orange drop caps and switchcraft jack
I still need to pop the truss rod cover back on
Have a look: Guitar is for sale at a special price of £1800.

The other guitar is a Tiger Swamp Ash Special
swamp ash body and maple neck with a rosewood board
Sperzel tuners , Earvana nut and a rather fab Hipshot bridge
Pickups are 59 PAF types
