So, I'm getting a new guitar tomorrow.

First one in three years (sounds like an AA opener). It's not something I'd usually go for as it's kinda trad but what the hell. If I go to bed now it'll come quicker!

It"s an Eddie Wolfgang hardtail, who can blame you with richtones offer. Sorely tempted myself.
I think they look great, let us know if it plays as well as it looks.

No flies on you gordiji 8) EVH Wolfgang Custom made in the Jackson/Charvel custom shop. It's basically a LesPaul Custom with a compound radius of 12"-16"









It plays very very well. I've played it for about two hours now. It sounds lovely even with the 9-42s on. I'm not sure what the pickup spec is but bridge is a teeny bit microphonic. I'm guessing they're a hot PAF.

It is a cool looking guitar, and a mad bargain price.  I was almost tempted for a second, but it's not my kind of thing really.

I wanted to get a ruler out to give you measurements but I can't find it and I'm off out now. It's asymmetrical. It's not thin by any measure but it aint huge either. I would guess it's about .85-90 at the first fret, maybe a bit less and going up to an inch at the top. That's a total and utter guess though and may be totally wrong. It's a gentle taper and very comfy.

That's a pretty detailed bit of guesswork!  :lol:

It sounds like it might be pretty similar to the old Ernie Ball EVH/Axis neck, in which case I remember exactly what that was like.
