Yeah its around £18 which is a bit unfair for younger players. You can go on anything you want except Marshall just have a whole load of amps with spotlights on them purely for aesthetics!! But the dealers let you play the Marshalls. It's heaven Sambo!! The stuff thats on display is all the top stuff. Plus you get some good players demoing gear and there's a few gigs. I saw Phil Hilbourne with Geoff Whitehorn (Mr Crawlers) with Bruce Dickinson and Nico McBrain from Iron Maiden. Ph uses Bare Knuckles too! BKP will be there too so you can say hi and have a go on the different pups. Plus Feline, you have to see his stuff it's seductive!

There probably more a general rock amp. If you like good metal amps try out the powertone II. They do all the tones really, anything you want. Are you going to the London Guitar Show? That's the place to have an amp shootout!! :P

nah, i'm in northern ireland unfortunately. I only got to try that koch because i was in london on holiday last year.

If I was on the mainland at all, I'd be at the London guitar show so fast it wouldn't even be funny...

I assume it rhymes with the Scottish "loch" i.e. a breathy sound to the "ch", you filthy-minded git!

Whatever you do, don't pronounce it the filthy way if you want to try someone else's amp- "hey, can i play with your...." Smack!
