By the way, Schecter has listed that it is a 3 way switch, even though it looks like a 5 way switch, do you think they have just made a mistake or do you think it's a 3 way in the shape of a 5 way?

I don't know for sure, but since it only has two pickups it would be usual for it to only have a 3-way.

Yeah but other Schecters have 5 way switches on 2 humbucker guitars, so it might be a mistake.

Can You coil split an EMG 81? I thought it was only the 89 that split (but I could be wrong), in which case you wouldn't be able to utilise 5 positions, hence the 3 way switch.
I tried a C1 blackjack when I was looking for my last guitar, and it was OK, but only OK. The sound was not good at all (it was really quite microphinic actually) and I didn't really like the neck profile, and the fingerboard edges were pretty sharp. On the plus side the Schecter has a (licensed) Tonepros bridge, named US pickups and Buzz Feiten, BUT you are paying for it. The blackjack is £399 and the Hellraiser is £449. Now if you are looking at this type of guitar the Dean Vendetta 3.0 or Hardtail standard are £280 and the Vendetta 4.0 is £307, while the Hardtail Select is  £363 (and I've played the hardtail select and MUCH prefer it to the Schecter, but it does have more of a chunky vintage Gibson neck). Now the Deans have Dean pickups, but you're planning on changing them anyway, and it doesn't have Tonepros, but you can buy a Wilkinson locking Tune-a-matic (essentially similar , and indeed has some preferable features) for about $20 from Guitar Fetish. On the plus side for the Deans is they play well with good necks, are well built and look great.
Personally I really liked the Black Gold Z you were planning on getting (why don't they do a Black Gold Cadillac?), and it would certainly get you noticed more than the Schecter.
