Only if you buy a pedal that explicitly does Chorus/Flange/Phase.
The biggest difference is that the Phaser normally has only one stage and is voiced for distorted sounds (as its reduced complexity doesn't wash out the drive so much).. Choruses live from the multiple stages (2, 4, 8, ...) that have different delay times and feedback levels and are modulated against each other, more complex and washy, less ideal for driven sounds (unless you want a breaking up sound a la Police).
Maybe if you don't care for subtleties, you maybe don't need different pedals and can buy a combi pedal (e.g. choralflange or even to finish it once and for good: the line 6 modulation modeler)...
