Recently bought Suicide Season by Bring Me The Horizon, which is damn good I must say. One of those bands I gave a second chance and was impressed.

Broken Bones - $%&# You and All that You Stand For

Crust punk/crossover thrash, alive and well in 2010. Yas!

AND it's got a skeleton with a studded leather jacket and an anarchy t shirt battering stuff with a spiky club on the front! 'Mazin!

Pendulum - Immersion. Awesome album, possibly their best so far. The Island Part 2 is so good.

Also listening to Deadmau5 - For Lack of a Better Name. I like a lot :)

I've finally just "got" Magnetic Man as well, loving this at the minute.

Lots of mentions for these (I magine you've heard of a couple):

Sonic Syndicate
In This Moment
Shinedown
Hinder
Black Stone Cherry
Chevelle
Three Days Grace
Buckcherry
3 Days Grace
The Supervillians

There's also my wee pal Lisa's band Orestea.

Hey Philly, further to these there's a whole (Large) thread about these types of bands on the Download forum I've just come across;

http://forums.downloadfestival.co.uk/m4283350.aspx

Tons of bands in there you might dig.

Rollins Band.

I was at my parents a few days ago. I took a look through my old wardrobe and found the 12" version of Low Self Opinion in between the wall and the wardrobe. Great track, all I need now is a record player to play it on!
I think I hate being indecisive.

I played Gold Against the Soul on Tuesday.
Generation Terrorists was the album that made me decide to pick up the instrument.
I bought my white Les Paul 16 years ago because of Mr Bradfield

Mr. Temper: Origin Of Brutality

Dragonfire709's band!  this is pretty good stuff.  i haven't listened to much modern metal, but of what i have heard this is at the better end.  it actually has melodies and stuff! :)

also i was sitting in traffic yesterday with the window down and this playing, and i heard some girls shouting.   turned round and they were waving at me and car dancing to this cd   so it must be good

Haha! These guys sent me a cd (or their management/pr folks did) I wasn't aware it was someone on here.
