Just thought of another unsung (or at least undersung) hero --- Terje Rypdal. He was actually one of the first guys to make me want to pick up a guitar! He's one of those musicians that I can only dream about being 1/77th as good as by the time I'm 100 or so. :harp:

He's great, sometimes his playing reminds me of a mixture of Satriani, Beck, and ...err.. Hank Marvin!

I think he has been in ebverybodys band at some point (even produced and played on some christian rock (Jars of Clay))

I went down to London with a bunch of mates to see the Richie-Scarlet-on-bass Mountain line-up a few years back. The band pretty much rocked like bar-stewards. :twisted:
