love the schecter - just a shame they completely ripped off teisco for the shape.  Although i suppose it could be seen as nice to have the american coopying the japanese for once!!!

http://www.gakki.com/catalog54/teisco_sp6_spectrum.jpg

I have a 60's bass version of that teisco in peices somewhere in the work shop!!

I love noodle's viper - the ofset SG shape really does it for me and is a much better design than the gibson version anyway.  The camo paint job just looks great!!!

I came up with this shape as a design evolution of the SG and every one calls it a viper but its actually much more compact and horny!!

It was my main guitar for a few years but i passed it on to one of my students recently.

i will try and get some pics of my rig soon - just waiting for my matamp to turn up and some tolex to recover my speaker cabinet

THis is my "hiding from the kids" room:

Guitars from the right: G&L ASAT Special, PRS Custom 24 with Stormy Mondays, PRS McCarty Standard, Gibson Firebird V, Epiphone Japan Les Paul Custom, PRS Custom 22.

Amps: Tech21 Trademark 10, Fender '74 Princeton Reverb, '81 Twin Reverb, Trace Elliot Velocette, Laney VC30 112, Trace Elliot Tramp.

Oh yeah, there's a Steinberger GT-Pro in a gig bag there as well, a Mesa V-Twin and a ProCo Rat.

If your wife ever complains about too much cr@p in the living room, show her this:

From the left:

Yamaha PAC 1511MS Mike Stern, Fender Clapton Strat, Ibanez Futura, G&L Interceptor, Gibson Les Paul Jr. TVDC, G&L ASAT Jr, Hamer Special P90, G&L Fullerton, G&L Legacy, G&L S-500, G&L Legacy Special.

That's not the whole extent of my GAS over the last ten or eleven years by any means...

The Moderne copy is about the oldest guitar I have[1]. It's a '74 that I bought NOS & half-price in '78 for 150 quid. I have a mate in Jakarta who's a lunatic Ibanez collector and who has a whole set of the "Korina" series that Ibanez did back then: Explorer, V, Moderne. He's got spares of teh Explorer & V whcih he refuses to sell to me, saying in return that he wants my Moderne to make up his second set.

Yeah, whenever I think my GAS is getting out of control I think of him and feel a whole lot better. He once bought so much cr@p in the USA and had it drop shipped to his sister's place that she couldn't use her garage any moer and threatened to put it all out with the garbage. It took a 20 foot container to get it all to Singapore :D

1) I have an Antoria Soundmaster which is probably late 60's, but as that's at my Dad's place in the UK I'm not counting it.

Thanks. The Custom 24's a '00 Artist Pack in Whale Blue. The previous owner fitted the Stormy Mondays to it and swapped it to McCarty style switching.

Sorry, but I just have to ask a 38th Beatle-style interior design question:

How high are your ceilings?!  :o

Do you keep a ladder in that room?  Just look at all that lovely wallspace waiting to be filled with shelves!
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM
