Caffeine, fancy meeting with some bottles for panic at the fall out boy?
I was going with 4 friends but all but one has dropped out and he WANTS to see the emo bands
no amount of violence has made him see the light. possibly because it saves him hurting himself, perhaps he enjoys it?
I'm looking forward to Chilis, kings of leon and the hold steady here.
also Razorlight, because both my parents and my GRAN has seen them, but I haven't  :plasma:
Oh yeah, and gogol bordello!
[singing inanely] :note:  :note:  :note: start wearing a purple, wearing a purple  :note:  :note:  :note: [/singing inanely]
Feline Custom, Fender MIJ mustang bass

The Q review of gogol bordello live in italy has a massive picture of Eugene Hutz standing on a bass drum being carried aloft by the audience, singing.
Can't wait.

kings of leon, klaxons, albert hammond jr, good shoes etc.

and as for tents, try halfords, they do some reasonably cheap tent deals atm, and they're cr@p enough that you can trash them and run away at the end of the weekend :D

HOW MUCH DID IT KICK ASS!?
My top bands were (in order)

Gallows (holy hell. just the best live band i've ever seen - just mental)
The Bronx (never partied so hard in my life)
Smashing Pumpkins (Always wanted to see them. Live show was much like their recorded material in that there's a whole load of shitee, but some absolute $%&#ing gold if you can be arsed to wait for it)
The Casualties (I love seeing bands i've never seen before, but managing to pick up the lyrics. punk rock chants are where it's at)
Shiny Toy Guns (Awesome techno rock, FIT singer)
The Sounds (Another FIT singer, and really great stage presence - Guitarist playing sat on the shoulders of the keyboardist - too cool)

Also the Firetusk Painproof Circus was wicked-cool. 4 inch nails hammered into the face, darts in the back, motorbikes running over people lying on a bed of nails, throwing knives - SUPER entertaining.

Had the best campsite aswell - My friend got there at 9am on the wednesday and set us up a camp in Y1 (as in the one right next to the arena). There was no mud there, and it was pretty quiet for sleeping in too, other than the fairground behind us. ALSO great view of the Manwash

Didn't wanna come home.
