Yes. Very much so. And Rachel Nichols far more so. And it still doesnt make it worth it. Only if one of them materialised out of the screen and gave you a blow job would the film be worth the time.

What series of breaking bad tom? I finished the 2nd recently, pretty darn good show
I am not going to bother with that new gervais film ever, i went to that last US rom com he made, so awful. he started out wth such good tv shows and has just gone rubbish, only thing that couldve made it worse wouldve been if jack black was in it as his sidekick.

watched district 9 the other day, a lot different than i expected, i had heard it was good but thought it was going to be just another standard alien invasion film.

im looking forward to seeing the new trailer park boys movie, doubt it will come out at the cinemas here though and the only version ive seen online is a pretty dodgy cam job, not that the whole show isnt that way anyway, but still

I'm starting to wonder if I might actually like this G.I. Joe effort.

Mind you, it is from the director of The Mummy and Van Helsing so the odds are heavily stacked against it.  :?
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Yeah one came out about 3 years ago i think, this is another one, theres also a couple of 1 hour specials floating about.

edit:  just had a look, trailer park boys:the movie was exactly 3 years ago, the new ones called countdown to liquor day. This is apparently the last trailer park boys thing theyre going to make.

I enjoyed sebastion bachs appearances in season 7

^ haha, yeah. thanks for the info, i still haven't seen the first film, then. it's annoying how they put it on at really annoying, random times on comedy central/paramount, then clog the decent time slots with unadulterated guff like 2.5 men, everybody loves raymond, and king of queens. And where the hell did seinfeld ever go?   I'm telling you, if they ever lose frasier...

I'm starting to wonder if I might actually like this G.I. Joe effort.

man, van helsing was pretty rubbish. from what i can remember, i actually didn't mind the mummy, but that being said, it's hardly of major cultural significance either.

we dont even get it on tv here (i think) i bought the series available here on DVD and just download the rest. Got all 7 series and the specials and the first movie already.
yeh we get the same horrible selection of shows here instead, ive got all 9 series of seinfeld on dvd and the first 6 series of curb your enthusiasm, so im not too worried about them showing them since i watch them whenever i damn well want.
have you seen curb your enthusiasm at all? series 7 started a few weeks ago, its the one with the fake seinfeld reunion show on the show, all the main seinfeld gang were on episode 3 which aired earlier this week.

sorry, not even talking about movies anymore. but im not aware of a tv thread.

I actually quite like the mummy. No nonsense fun - actually, lots of nonsense fun but it has Rachel Weisz in it. I like her quite a bit.

Been a while since I have had a good opportunity to watch a few films, just finished 'The Thaw'.
Quite good really, seems like its not a huge budget thing, but has decent CGI, and the script / main theory behind the dangers of global warming is quite clever IMO.

Just starting to watch 'Its Alive', it sounds very shite, probably deserving its 4.5/10 rating on IMDB

I went to see Zombieland today.  It was canny funny & doesn't take it self too seriously.  I rather enjoyed it.  Woody Harrelson is a legend.

I'm going to go see Halloween 2 tomorrow.  Quite looking forward to that. :)

If woody harrelson wasnt in it I probably wouldnt bother. New zombie films I have found are badly cliche'd but this looks like its got it much better.

Zombieland is awesome.   I had a feeling I was going to really enjoy it, but I took my housemate who isnt into horror/zombie films at all, and she absolutely loved it!    As soon as the lights went up she said how great it was and that she wanted to buy the DVD!

Highly recommended.    8)

3:10 to Yuma.

Fairly decent and gritty 'old styled' western.
