er.. I was kidding-I just loved the idea of someone trying it out ( the herring and strawberry).

I know you were kidding (although I did wonder for a moment if there was a cheese called Herring....). 

I don't think anyone else is though.

All this talk of cheese made me go to the shop - I bought Morbier, Abbaye De Belloc, a really nice soft Brie and Assiago Fresco.  I already ate a lot of it!
