Your #1 worst buy ever

Mine would have to be a pocket pod... hated everything about it.  The build quality, interface design, sound quality.

Hands down a Kramer Imperial. Sounded OK and looked cool, but the bridge was positioned incorrectly and it couldnt be intonated!

A brand new Renault Clio 172 Cup that had paint defects     I had to hire a solicitor to get my money back....

Oh, you mean guitar gear?

I would say the Gibson Les Paul Standard I bought in the late nineties ( sorry Grandad, I know I bought it with the money you left me  ).  It got traded in for *that* Tele earlier this year  :D

BC Rich Warlock (I think bronze series) the block of the floyd rose was made of a shiteetatic soft and breakable thing, everytime I was changing strings, it brake a little (in the holding-pin of the springs)...

This was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying that I don't a floyd rose for the rest of my life (well, sometimes I think in, but I've fear)

Feline Tabby.

(Ok, kidding, please don't kill me Johnathan.)

Peavey Rage 258.

Not that bad really, but not a good solid state amp. Been lucky with the rest of my gear.

(The Feline was actually my best value for money buy)
Gibson LP std + Nailbomb set

Fender Classic Player '50s Stratocaster - just knew I hated it the moment I took it out of the box, and sent it back immediately.

Without doubt it was the Line 6 JM4 Looper. Edit - pretty much the same as Philly in that the minute I got it out of the box (and played it for a few secs) I just knew it was going straight back!

Strangely enough I do like the pocket pod that was commented on earlier!

Boss DR880 Drum machine.

I had a little Boss 4-track (BR482 IIRC), the built-in drums sounded really good but with limited flexibility (you could only program the patterns they'd built in, no way to make new beats/fills etc).  So I assumed that their dedicated Drum Machine would make sounds as good as the built in module on the recorder with the added ability to make patterns.

I assumed wrong.  What a total pile of sh1t.  A £300 total pile of sh1t (as if insult really needed adding to injury ).  The BR482's drums sounded 1000 times better than what came out of the DR880.  Sadly the place I bought it from went bust so I couldn't return it.

& to cap it all, I couldn't get the MIDI synchronization to work  so even if I can coax a tolerable sound out of it, it won't be precisely in time with the click track.

My 2yo son sometimes plays with it, I might move it into his room because I certainly don't want to see it anymore...
BKPs: HD, MM, NB, PK, CS, Ab (b&n); Am (b only); VHII, Tril (n only); IT, Slow, Sult (m&n)

A Jackson JS30RR. It just feels like cr@p. Probably cause of the die-cast stock shite on it and it's neck heaviness.
