Happy NAD! :) I demo'ed one of those last year.  Thought it was very impressive, probably the best high gain sound from a Marshall since the JCM900 SL-X.  But the lack of an FX loop was a real show stopper for me....
BKPs: HD, MM, NB, PK, CS, Ab (b&n); Am (b only); VHII, Tril (n only); IT, Slow, Sult (m&n)

I think I can get along with all FX through the front. Waiting for my Providence Delay to come back from repair (me stupid broke 3 pots on it  :? ) - that Providence Delay can go out front and stays out of the way of your tone, really does.

I love that amp, really great tone!!

Triamp wasn't for me. I tried to really like it, because it was such a practicable package (great loop, many distinctive sounds), but I found myself turning the knobs and not liking the result too often ...still a great amp for the money though!

too heavy

I don't think it's really heavy unless you switch on The Beast mode. It's a very good JCM800, so a standard rock amp, which can pull off many different tones. Check the vid, and that's done with just a few minutes having tried it.

nice one Hunter, you'll soon have had all the great amps! ;)

hope you get a lot of pleasure from it.  so, without the beast mode engaged, it's a standard JCM800, is that right?  and it costs less than the standard 800 re-issue?

Nicely done as per usual. Very intesting had not thought of it as a JCM800 with a few extra options thrown in.
