Ice Cube - Death Certificate
Public Enemy - It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back
NWA - Straight Outta Compton

Gonna change to some Wilco and Arcade Fire later in the week as a refresher for gigs coming up next week for both those bands.

Absolutely brilliant album and band.  Shame they were doomed to failure though.  :(

Total Guitar mentioned Heavy Trash - Way Out as one of the best albums for the past 3 months. I ordered it and I'm listening to it. Good old fashioned rockabilly/blues/rock n' roll jam album.

The guitar is an ES-135 Gold Top with P90's. Great tone.

Just a good fun album to listen to.

I bought that album around 15 years back. It's pretty good isn't it! Didn't the bass player OD or something?

I saw them supporting the Georgia Satellites (what happened to them)
Warpig, MQ,
Miracle Man-Trilogy Suite, Cold Sweats, Black Guards, Rebel Yells & Irish Tours!

Im listening to the new cd "air" from Agua de Annique

The former front woman of 'The Gathering' has a new band, thought it was time too. Im not really a gothic fan allthough i can appreciate good music in whichever form.

Check out their myspace and do listen, such athmosphere!

Currently on the playlist:

Blackbird  - Alter Bridge: It's a stunning album from start to finish.
No World for Tomorrow - Coheed and Cambria: seems slightly less proggy than their previous work (not that I mind proggy), very very good.
Foo Fighters - Echoes, Slience, Patience and Grace; superb rock album.
Warpigs.
