I wasn't shutting up about them Friday night when I went to see Whole Lotta Led. I've got to know them quite well over the years. I took some photos at one of there big gigs at The Bath Pavillion. So I bent Nick their guitarists ear about BKP's! He had heard of them but not tried them yet. I hope he gets some as he uses stock Gibsons in he vast collection of LP's!

A good friend and Brother from the U.K. area told me about these pick-ups, and let me hear his work using them, and I was blown away by how good they were. (EMGs *weird pinch harmonics* went out the window  ) As soon as I get my next project going (maybe a Warmoth LP *shrugs*) I am going for a BK set, and d@mn sure going to use a Mule for the neck. I'm still up in the air over the bridge, but hey...I'll figure it out right? Right.

i read in a little section in a magazine that you had made a pickup to capture Zakk Wyldes sound... then i read some HC reviews + checked forum out.

Steves clips influenced me the most when choosing a BKP pickup, i knew i wanted a BKP but i didnt know WHICH one until hearng his clips :)

I really don't remember, though I'm pretty sure that I found out through an ad in a guitar magazine and checked them out on here.

An earlier response was that they really related to the advert.

Look I'll join that team. I then went on to check some reviews and the website. Now I just cant wait to get to London to get a set... or 4.

Originally in a magazine, but it was harmony central reviews and Tims advice on the phone that made me buy a set.

i heard about BKP when i went to the southampton guitar show and Chris George was playing, i spoke to the guys at marshall (he went home when i was looking for him   ) they gave me his website and on the equipment part it said his les paul had BKP nailbombs in.

i went to brighton music show and he was there DUN DUN DUN, he was playing the les paul and after that there was no kidding i was gunna own some of those pickups and 1 month later i got them and i have been very happy with them since april. i met him after that show and he told me how much he loved the nailbombs.

so that is my tale of the nailbomb prince  :P

From my good ol' friend Patrick, who can shred like a pro, yet hes younger than me....Anyway, the number one thing appealed to me was the price, i mean, theyve got to be good if theyre expensive! Also the wide range of pickups, and ways to customise them...
