Doesn't the C1-Classic have gold hardware?  When I changed Jimmy's (TO's other guitarist), it was gold hardware, cherry red guitar, neck through.

On this I think black open coils look the best.

you can pick whatever you want. i think chrome would look good, but you can also leave it black... whatever you think will look best.

I guess the different finishes come with different hardware.

with about 10 minutes of practise i could do pinch harmonics reliably on my neck stormy monday and mild overdrive :)  pinches just seem to be something all BKPs do well... (in my experience)

you wouldn't use the meat knife on crusty bread but, equally, the serrated knife and straight edge knife aren't going to go through raw meat as quickly

I can pinch on an acoustic, without a pick: its just a question of technique. I see no reason it would be hard on a moderately powerfull and quite trebly bridge pickup.

my first amp was a Vox ad 50vt and it was kinda difficult to get nice pinchis;
now with the fireball it is soooooo easy.....so maybe its the same with the pickups....

miracle man will do it. Voiced for that kind of playing. I say this with alot of experience.

Miracle Man is made for early Metallica.

just get a cold sweat calibrated set or a cold sweat with a miracle man on the bridge.

I recommend the cold sweat with the miracle man because you like Slayer and Pantera.

with a cold sweat and a miracle man at the bridge you will achieve heavy and beautiful sounds. If you want more versatility without balls to the wall power go for cold sweat calibrated set.

don't abuse the help you are offered here man..  :?
