pork chop the size of my face!! - i love ocado for that, they always have great meat - almost local butcher beating, but not quite. certainly the best i have had from major supermarket
it was done j'oliver style (hate to admit it but it works). fry the chop for colour and chuck it in a roasting pan with loads of fresh toms, pepper, onions, garlic, balsamic and a few herbs. roast on high heat till the veg makes a good mush
