Wife's birthday yesterday, so chicken in a creamy white wine and tarragon sauce. It was very nice :D

Made about 3 metric buttloads of risotto last night, was real good. heaps of kransky and mushroom and salami in it then a whole lot of parmesan and balsamic vinegar on top of it.
the leftovers will be my dinner for the next few days i think.

Sausages with onion, peppers, tomato and mushroom, covered and cooked in the oven, with homemade potato wedge things. It smells so good, but isnt cooked yet :(
